What do you do right now
Founder and Director at Sport and Beyond Ltd.

Relevant experience for Trustee role
Much of my day job involves coaching senior leaders across sectors, as well as providing strategic interventions at Board and Senior Leadership level. I have a passionate belief in the power of sport. This has been driven through my own experiences of playing and coaching, and through my professional life which has led me to work alongside Olympic athletes, coaches, and those who operate at the grassroots of sport. My first career as a corporate lawyer and my current role as Chair of the O Shaped Lawyer mean I bring a distinct perspective to my role as Trustee.

Why you love working with the Trust
I love working with the Trust as it is run by a group of people who work hard, with humility and determination, in pursuit of the organisation’s Purpose: to equip young people with the positive behaviours and mindset they need to tackle the disadvantage they face due to inequality in their everyday lives.

What’s your sport
I played both tennis and hockey at representative level as a youngster, and still wield my tennis racket in a determined (if not always successful) way.
