Our community based wellbeing programmes are designed for young people aged 16-25, harnessing the athlete’s goal focused mindset and resilient mental attitude, we help them move forward with confidence.

Working with a diverse range of young people, our athlete mentors unlock the confidence, resilience and self-esteem needed to succeed in work and life. Focused on wellbeing, employability and developing leadership skills, our programmes provide the support young people need, in their local environment, encouraging closer links with the community.

Young leaders

Young Leaders is a five-month leadership training programme for young people aged 18-25, designed to train a generation of leaders, who genuinely care about their community and want to improve it for the better.

get on track

Get on Track is a wellbeing programme for young people aged 16-25 delivered in a community setting, where they need it most. Working with a diverse range of young people, the programme is designed to build confidence, resilience and self-esteem, as well as focusing on becoming physically and mentally healthier.
